I am a political scientist specializing in migration and comparative politics, with an emphasis on quantitative methods. I am particularly interested in population aging as a global phenomenon and its implications for immigration, democracy, and citizenship. My methodological expertise includes survey experiments, quasi-experimental methods, and the use of large language models (LLMs). My previous research has employed a difference-in-differences approach to examine how local residents responded to a sudden influx of refugees in South Korea.
